Text Box: ATIM Terminal provides the easy to use, graphical interface required for interactively creating, sending, receiving and routing of Type B messages using a variety of delivery methods. The ATIM Terminal interface will allow the user to send messages to IATA addresses as well as optional Fax, Telex, Email and SMS contacts. ATIM Terminal Features: Inbox folder shows the user all received messages and allows to open individual messages Outbox folder shows the user what is in the queue for delivery to ARINC Sent folder shows all messages sent successfully Deleted folder shows all messages deleted from Inbox Failed folder shows messages that failed transmission to ARINC Split Screen message preview Search engine will allow you to sort out messages containing a word or phrase. Drag and drop messages to these above folders Contact List gives the user a pop up window with pre entered contact information for choosing IATA Type B , Fax, Email, SMS, Telex destinations Address Groups is included in the drop down contact list and populates multiple address using multiple transports for a single message Auto Print – this function can print all Type B messages upon receipt to line or document printer Auto Segmenting will segment an outbound IATA Type B Message into multiple outbound messages in compliance with the IATA Type B standards MSDE Data Base feature will keep records of all inbound and outbound messages and can be purged at predetermined times or capacities COLD Back-up -as part up this purchase AvCentric will include a duplicate license for a system at a recovery site designated by Hilltop Aviation Inc. to be used in case of a disaster.
